Immediate effects are things that you wouldn’t have otherwise associated with a poor IAQ. For example, eye, nose, or throat irritation are common symptoms of poor IAQ. Even headaches, dizziness, and fatigue have been the result of poor IAQ. These symptoms are sometimes similar to those from colds or other vial diseases, so it is extremely important to pay attention to the time and place when those symptoms occur. For example, if they fade or go away when you leave an area, then you know to look into improving the IAQ of that area.
