The View Restaurant & Lounge sits atop the Times Square facing Marriott Grand Marquis Hotel. The two-story rotating restaurant has a fine dining room and a buffet area. The center of the restaurant stays put while you sit around the rotating rim. The buffet is conveniently placed on the center of the restaurant so that you can view the entire lineup of options from your seat. This makes finding your seat, after getting food, a bit of a task.
